2013 – present: Lecturer, then Associate Professor in General Surgery, "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest. In this capacity, he conducts courses and practical works, guiding students and resident doctors. At the same time, he participates in the department's scientific research activities.
2002 – present: Specialist doctor, then Primary Doctor, in the Surgery Department of the "Elias" University Emergency Hospital. After clinical and operative activity in general surgery, since 2010 he has been a specialist in thoracic surgery and coordinator of this department within the hospital.
Former President, currently member of the Board of Directors of the "Prof. Dr. Nicolae Paulescu" Institute of Diabetes, Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases.
2022 – present: President of the Board of Directors of the "Ana Aslan" National Institute of Geriatrics and Gerontology.

He is a doctor respected and admired by colleagues, who believes that in this profession, as in Freemasonry, there is only the path of continuous improvement. He is a national expert in general surgery and a member of numerous national and international societies, including ACS – American College of Surgeons, ESSO – European Society for Surgical Oncology, AFC – Association Francaise de Chirurgie, RSM – Royal Society of Medicine.

2008 – Initiated as Entered Apprentice in "Ta Gematria" Lodge No. 200 in Bucharest
2009 – Passed to the Degree of Fellowcraft
2010 – Raised to the Degree of Master Mason
2015 – 2017: Worshipful Master of "Isaac Newton" Lodge No. 82 in Bucharest – in which capacity he elaborated the first merger of two Lodges in N.G.L.R. and organized the visit of the workshop he led, Isaac Newton, to the homonymous workshop No. 859 in UGLE.

As activity in N.G.L.R., he was elected in 2020 by the Grand Convent as Judge of the High Court of Masonic Justice. In 2020 he was part of the special commission for reforming the N.G.L.R. leadership (the so-called "Commission 9.4", according to the article in the N.G.L.R. Constitution under which it was established). In the same year, he became Grand Warden pro tempore until 2021.

Within the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Romania (A.A.S.R.): 2010: reception in "Constantin Brâncoveanu" Lodge No. 17, Bucharest; 2016: 33rd Degree. He is a founding member of the "Constantin Moroiu" Council of Kadosh No. 19, Zenith Bucharest, Deputy Grand Physician of the A.A.S.R. of Romania, and member of the Supreme Council of the Scottish Rite.

Sovereignty and Democracy

The sovereign governing body of the Grand Lodge is the Convent, where all Lodges in the Jurisdiction have equal voting rights and where any aspect of N.G.L.R. activity is decided. Master Masons of N.G.L.R. are active in Regular Rites of Perfection.

Starting with 2020, N.G.L.R. initiated a reconstruction process which had as an essential moment the Extraordinary Convent of April 17, 2021, when a new Masonic Constitution was adopted.
